DIGITAL PROOF POLICY

By placing your order, you agree to the following terms regarding digital proofs:

1. PROOF RESPONSE DEADLINE
Once a digital proof has been submitted to you, you have 14 calendar days to approve, request revisions, or cancel your order. After 14 days without a response, your order will be considered approved and moved into production. Delayed responses or extended periods of non-communication do not qualify for a refund or cancellation once the order has entered production.

2. REVISION LIMIT
We are happy to provide up to 2 rounds of digital proof revisions at no additional charge. Each round of revisions must be submitted together in a single response. Revision requests beyond the 2-round limit will be treated as a new proof order and billed at our standard proof rate. We want to make sure your design is right - but to keep our process efficient and fair for all customers, we must apply this limit consistently.
